Discounts, Deposits, Delivery, etc.
Early Reservation Discounts and Reservation Deposits:

Reservations made 90 days or more in advance of the delivery date will receive a 10% discount on the entire rental amount. Reservations made between 60 and 89 days in advance of the delivery date will receive a 7% discount. Reservations made between 45 and 59 days in advance of the delivery date will receive a 5% discount.
A reservation deposit, as listed in the schedule above, may be remitted anytime after the issue of your bill/quote. We suggest that you submit your reservation deposit as early as possible; this will lock-in your order and ensure your reservation. The reservation deposit is considered an initial payment, and will be deducted from the outstanding balance. Once received, an updated bill will be composed, reflecting a credit of the reservation deposit. Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
For group events, delivery fees are calculated as 10% of the total rental amount for deliveries within Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. We also offer delivery beyond the boroughs, and within 250 miles of our facility in Brooklyn.

Bronx <> south of I-287: $1.85 per mile
North of I-287 <> south of I-84: $1.35 per mile
North of I-84 <> south of I-88: $1.15 per mile

*Add $100 for orders of $1000-$1999; $200 for orders of $2000-$2999; $300 for orders of $3000-$3999
Set Up Option:
As an ancillary service, we offer set up and breakdown of any tent in our fleet. We have provided the service for weddings, family reunions, bachelor parties and other time-bound events where convenience is paramount. Our set up rate is priced at $25 per tent. Add $10 for each sleeping bag and/or pad set up.
Final Payment (inclusive of the remaining rental amount balance, delivery, sales tax, security deposit, etc.) is due no later than 7 days prior to the delivery date. For 501(c)(3) organizations, and other tax-exempt groups, please provide documentation prior to billing. Cancellations within 7 days of the delivery date will receive a 50% refund on the amount indicated in the ‘Total’ box of the invoice.
